ASSESSMENT OF THE FOOD HABITS OF A GROUP OF STUDENTS FROM TWO COUNTIES OF MOLDOVA

Introduction. eating habits run in the family and sometimes last a lifetime. For this reason, it is important to evaluate nutrition of adolescents create coherent nutritional educational programs. Material method. study was carried out on group 139 high school students from two counties Moldova. The young people filled questionnaire with questions about their weekly intake cheese, chicken, eggs, bread, potatoes sweets. results were processed using Pearson test. Results. dominant cheeses once week (31.65%) or 2-3 times per (30.93%). Chicken meat mostly consumed (46.76%) eggs 1 time (38.84%) (32.37%) week. differences calculated by groups according gender are statistically insignificant. Bread appears daily menus only one third surveyed students, especially (41.00%). Sweets week, but between communities significant (p < 0.001).
